This cutlery set includes a Chef Knife for thin slices of vegetables, a Utility Knife with a shorter blade and small tip for trimming, and a Paring Knife used for cutting and peeling fruits and veggies, and trimming excess fat with ease. This Benchmade, Inc. 3-Knife Kitchen Set utilizes a 8" Chef blade, 6 1/8" Utility blade, and 4 1/4" Paring blade with Benchmade's proprietary SelectEdge and 2.9mm (0.11") thickness. The blade material is CPM 154 Stainless Steel with a Black DLC finish. The contoured handles are Olive Drab Green G10 with large hollow pins and Golden hanger/lanyard hole. The bolsters are smooth Black G10.
