Full-Tang Construction! The knife set is presented with Molded Sheaths for each knife and Padded Presentation Box. This Benchmade, Inc. 3-Piece Kitchen Knife Set includes a 4" Paring blade, a 6" Trailing Point Carving blade, and a 7" Chopping/Utility blade. The blade material is CPM-154 Stainless Steel (58-61HRC) with a Stonewashed finish. The handles are Maple Valley Richlite with hollow pins and hanger hole.
