This kitchen cutlery set includes a Parer knife, Utility knife, Santoku knife, Chef's knife, Kitchen Shears, Sharpening Steel, and 10-Slot Birchwood Block. This ZWILLING J.A. Henckels, LLC 7-piece Kitchen Block Set utilizes a 4" Parer blade, 5" Serrated Utility blade, 5" HE Santoku blade, and 8" Chef's blade with precision-hone and laser-controlled edge ensures ideal cutting angle for sharpness and durability. The blade material is SIGMAFORGE Special Formula High-Carbon NO STAIN stainless steel with a Satin finish and ice-hardening FRIODUR treatment. The handles are ergonomic Black Polymer triple-riveted to the full-tang for superb stability.
