This kitchen cutlery set includes a Vegetable Knife, Paring Knife, Bread Knife, Chef's Knife, Sharpening Steel, Kitchen Shears, and Rubberwood Block. This ZWILLING J.A. Henckels, LLC 7-piece Kitchen Block Set utilizes a 3" Vegetable blade, 4" Paring blade, 8" Bread blade, and 8" Chef's blade with precision-hone and laser-controlled edge ensures ideal cutting angle for sharpness and durability. The blade material is High-Carbon NO STAIN stainless steel with a Satin finish and ice-hardening FRIODUR treatment. The handle is Black Matte POM triple-riveted to the full-tang for superb stability.
