This 3-Fox Knives Due Cigni 3-Knife Set utilizes a 2 1/4" Grana (Hard Cheese) blade, 3.125" Soft Cheese blade, and 3.875" Spreading blade with 2mm thicknesses. The blade material is X50CrMOV15 Stainless Steel with a satin finish. The full-tang handles are smooth, contoured Italian Walnut Wood with Stainless Steel Rivets.
