Full-Tang Construction! This Microtech Knives, LLC Boning Kitchen Knife knife utilizes a 6 1/8" Trailing Point blade with a 2mm (0.08") spine thickness. The blade material is Bohler M390MK Stainless Steel with Stonewashed finish. The contoured handle is textured Ember G10 with polished Torx screws and finger guard. It's around 11 3/4 inches long (total) and weighs approximately 6.7 ounces. Mastercrafted in the U.S.A. , this knife comes complete with Limited Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty , a Felt Blade Protector, Polishing Cloth, Knife Care Instructions, and Padded Box.
