Full-Tang Construction! This Microtech Knives, LLC Paring Kitchen Knife knife utilizes a 3 1/2" Drop Point blade with a 2mm (0.08") spine thickness and finger choil. The blade material is Bohler M390MK Stainless Steel with Stonewashed finish. The contoured handle is textured OD Green G10 with polished Torx screws. It's around 8 1/4 inches long (total) and weighs approximately 3.5 ounces. Mastercrafted in the U.S.A. , this knife comes complete with Limited Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty , a Felt Blade Protector, Polishing Cloth, Knife Care Instructions, and Padded Box.
