Perfectly Balanced! Full Tang Construction! This Bรถker Forge Knives Chef's Knife knife utilizes a 7 7/8" Chef's blade. The blade is X50CrMoV15 High-Carbon Stainless Steel etched with "Forge Boker Manufaktur X50CrMoV15 03BO511 - 20 cm". The handle is smooth Maple Wood with stainless steel rivets. The integrated bolsters are High-Carbon Stainless Steel. It's around 13 5/8 inches long (total) and weighs approximately 10.1 ounces. This knife is presented in a Black, Padded Presentation Box.
