Description

This Ontario Knives RAT-3 Caper Fixed Blade knife utilizes a full-tang, 3" Drop Point blade with a finger choil, thumb groove and 3.2mm thickness. The blade material is 1075 Carbon Steel with Black Zinc Phosphate finish. (Note: Carbon Steel is generally harder than stainless steel, this allows the blade to hold a sharper edge, longer. However, Carbon Steel will corrode/rust if it's not cleaned and oiled regularly.) The handle is contoured, Tan Micarta with finger guard and lanyard hole. It's around 8 1/4 inches long (total) and weighs approximately 9.2 ounces. Handcrafted in the U.S.A., this knife comes complete with Limited Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty, a Leather Belt Sheath.
