Designed for discerning edge enthusiasts . This Elite fixed-angle knife sharpener offers angle adjustability and a seven-abrasive grit system, ensuring precision and repeatability. With adjustable angles from 15� to 30� in precise 1� increments, it accommodates a wide range of knives. Two Tri-Brasive� sharpening stones provide five diamond plates(220, 320, 400, 600, 800 grit) and a fine ceramic stone for repair, sharpening, and honing to a razor-sharp edge. The included leather strop adds the finishing touch, refining and polishing to scary sharp results, and Ceramic Serration Rod. Featuring the innovative V-Block Clamp design, it securely holds knives during sharpening. The included carry case and Tri-Brasive� storage rack keep everything organized for on-the-go sharpening.
