Sprint Run! Big Brown Bear' Steel Treatment! This Spyderco Knives Native Chief Back Lock knife utilizes a 4 1/8" Locking Spear Point blade with a plain edge, full-flat grind, 3.2mm thickness, finger guard, spine jimping, finger groove jimping, and thumb hole. The blade material is CPM 15V Carbon Steel with a satin finish and Shawn Houstons Triple B specialized heat-treatment. (Note: Carbon Steel is generally harder than stainless steel, this allows the blade to hold a sharper edge, longer. However, Carbon Steel will corrode/rust if it's not cleaned and oiled regularly.) The contoured handle is Brown G-10 with finger groove, lanyard hole and 4-position pocket clip. It's around 5 1/8 inches long (folded/closed) and weighs approximately 3.9 ounces.
