Designed for big game hunters around the globe!! This Benchmade, Inc. Saddle Mountain Skinner Fixed Blade knife utilizes a 4 1/4" Full-Tang Drop-point blade with a plain edge and 3mm thickness. The blade material is CPM-S30V Stainless Steel with satin finish. The handle is Stabilized Wood with heavy jimping and lanyard hole. It's around 8 3/4 inches long (total) and weighs approximately 4.3 ounces. Mastercrafted in the U.S.A. , this knife comes complete with Limited Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty and a Leather Belt Sheath.

Seems like a quality hunting knife

Benchmade got good reviews and the 2" got the best. Neighbor has a 2" version which seemed undersized and glad I went with the 4". This is NOT a camping knife. So I did just order a Bowie knife to fill that bill. Should be good companions.

This knife exceeded my expectations when I opened it. The handle looks a lot better in person. Perfectly balanced. The sheath fits the knife perfectly. I canโ€™t say enoughโ€ฆbuy one!
