Description

This Ontario Knives ASEK Survival Fixed Blade knife utilizes a full-tang, 5" Clip Point blade with a partially serrated edge, sawtooth spine and 4.8mm thickness. The blade material is 1095 Carbon Steel with Black Zinc Phosphate finish. (Note: Carbon Steel is generally harder than stainless steel, this allows the blade to hold a sharper edge, longer. However, Carbon Steel will corrode/rust if it's not cleaned and oiled regularly.) The handle is textured, OD Green Kraton with lanyard hole, finger guard, glass-breaker and hammer pommel. It's around 10 1/4 inches long (total) and weighs approximately 1 pound(s) 5.6 ounces. Handcrafted in the U.S.A., this knife comes complete with Limited Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty, a Strap Cutter and MOLLE Nylon & Kydex Sheath with Leg Straps.
