This W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Co. Fillet Knife knife utilizes a 8" Fillet blade with a flat-taper grind. Stamped with pattern number F25-8 SS, the blade material is Tru-Sharp Surgical Stainless Steel with a Satin finish. The contoured handle is textured, soft Black Synthetic with finger guard and Case XX logo. It's around 13 7/8 inches long (total) and weighs approximately 4.5 ounces. The knife is presented with a Black Plastic Blade Guard.
