This Benchmade, Inc. Chef's Knife knife utilizes a 8 1/4" Drop-point blade with a plain edge, swedge, and 2.9mm (0.11") thickness. The blade material is CPM-154 Stainless Steel (58-61HRC) with a Stonewashed finish. The handle is textured and contoured Maple Valley Richlite with hanger hole and hollow pins. It's around 13 inches long (total) and weighs approximately 7.4 ounces. The knife is presented with a Molded Sheath.
