This Benchmade, Inc. Chef's Knife knife utilizes a 8 1/4" Drop-point blade with a plain edge, swedge, and 2.9mm (0.11") thickness. The blade material is CPM-154 Stainless Steel (58-61HRC) with a Black DLC finish. The handle is textured and contoured OD Green G10 with hanger hole and hollow pins. It's around 13 inches long (total) and weighs approximately 7.4 ounces. The knife is presented with a Molded Sheath.
