This Benchmade, Inc. Socp Fixed Blade Dagger knife utilizes a 7 1/8" Double-edged Dagger blade with a plain edge, partially serrated edge and 3.8mm thickness. The blade material is CPM 3V Carbon Steel with Cobalt Black finish.Note: Carbon Steel is generally harder than stainless steel, this allows the blade to hold a sharper edge, longer. However, Carbon Steel will corrode/rust if it's not cleaned and oiled regularly. The textured handle is Desert Tan G10 with a steel finger guard, weight reduction holes and lanyard holes. It's around 11 3/4 inches long (total) and weighs approximately 5.8 ounces.
