Perfectly Balanced! Full Tang Construction! This Böker Forge Knives Bread Knife knife utilizes a 8 5/8" Bread blade. The blade is X50CrMoV15 High-Carbon Stainless Steel etched with "Forge Boker Manufaktur X50CrMoV15 03BO513 - 22 cm". The handle is smooth Maple Wood with stainless steel rivets. The integrated bolsters are High-Carbon Stainless Steel. It's around 14 1/8 inches long (total) and weighs approximately 9.7 ounces. Mastercrafted in China , this knife comes complete with Limited Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty and Black, Padded Presentation Box.
