Full Tang Construction! Thomas Krug Design! This Böker Saga Knives Peeling Knife knife utilizes a 2 3/8" Peeling blade. The blade material is blue-plated X50CrMoV15 chrome-vanadium-molybdenum stainless steel etched with "Boker Manufaktur Solingen Brava". The handle is fine grain Olive Wood with a "forward grip" finger groove. It's around 6 7/8 inches long (total) and weighs approximately 1.4 ounces. Handcrafted in Solingen, Germany, this knife comes complete with Limited Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty, Black, Padded Presentation Box and Boker Brava Certificate.
