Description

Old Hickory Cutlery! This Ontario Knives 7-10 Butcher Knife knife utilizes a full-tang 10" Butcher blade with a 2.5mm thickness. The blade material is 1095 Carbon Steel with Brushed finish. (Note: Carbon Steel is generally harder than stainless steel, this allows the blade to hold a sharper edge, longer. However, Carbon Steel will corrode/rust if it's not cleaned and oiled regularly.) The handle is smooth Hardwood with brass rivets. It's around 15 inches long (total) and weighs approximately 8.8 ounces.
