The blade material is CPM S30V Stainless Steel with Brushed finish. The handle is Black Carbon Fiber with Reversible Deep-Carry Tip-Up Wire Pocket Clip and Lanyard Hole. It's around 4 5/8 inches long (folded/closed) and weighs approximately 3.4 ounces.
