The blade material is CPM S30V Stainless Steel with Black DLC coating. The peel-ply-textured handle is Digital Camo G-10 with a Black 4-position pocket clip, Compression lock and lanyard hole. It's around 5 1/2 inches long (folded/closed) and weighs approximately 4.3 ounces.
