Description

This W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Co. Trapper knife utilizes a 3 1/4" Clip blade and 3 1/4" Spey blade. Stamped with pattern number 6254 CS, the blade material is 1095 Carbon Steel with a mirror-polished finish. (Note: Carbon Steel is generally harder than stainless steel, this allows the blade to hold a sharper edge, longer. However, Carbon Steel will corrode/rust if it's not cleaned and oiled regularly.) The handle is Peachseed jigged Burnt Amber Bone with a Nickel Silver Dogbone Tested XX Inlay shield. The bolsters are Highly polished Nickel Silver. It's around 4 1/8 inches long (folded/closed) and weighs approximately 3.8 ounces.
